This filling is the best marshmallow filling around! It’s so fluffy, light, and perfectly sweet. It’s the perfect compliment to chocolate cake and cookies & cream buttercream. Whether you are stuffing it in a cupcake or in between cake layers, it’s sure to leave you wanting another bite.

One nice things about this marshmallow filling, is that it can be made ahead of time. It can be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days in an ai tight container!

 

Yield: fills 24 cupcakes or one 3 layer cake

This marshmallow cream filling is one you'll want to eat right out of the bowl!

Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 jar of Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium size bowl, combine butter and sugar with a hand mixer. Combine until fluffy.
  2. mix in marshmallow creme, and mix until combined.
  3. Lastly, add in vanilla extract and stir on high until all ingredients are incorporated, and the mixture looks fluffy.
  4. fill your desired cupcakes or cake with the filling, and enjoy!
